Email the completed Architectural Approval Form (below) to all Meerwood ACC members, using whichever format you prefer (MS Word or PDF). Contact names and information are located at the bottom of the form.
Approval requires signatures from at least TWO ACC members.
Approval will be provided via email by the ACC members.
Per the Meerwood Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), approval or disapproval will be made by the Architectural Control Committee within 30 days from the date of request. The Architectural Control Committee will expedite all requests to the extent possible.
If disapproved, 10 working days are allowed for an appeal to the HOA board. Approval or disapproval will be made by the HOA board within 60 days from the date of appeal.
